Today we set out for another attempt to Traver Peak and then, to Clinton Peak. It was a nice day as usual. Our friend Dave and his dog Okie joined us. This is Dave and Okie in the distance, and I am behind them.

In the center of this peak is Traver Peak. You can't see Clinton Peak. It is hidden to the right.

This is Democrat Peak. We climbed it last year. I thought the ridges looked really neat here.

Shawn went on to climb Clinton Peak while Jolie, Dave, Okie and I went back down. Shawn has a goal of climbing all the Colorado Centennials. I do not, so he went on and we met up with him later. He did a good job!
